The fate of this appointment, whether it will evolve into a permanent role or remain a temporary measure, remains unclear at this juncture. The 34-year-old scout has garnered widespread praise and has meticulously cultivated an exceptional network of contacts over the past several years. He joined FC Bayern Munich as a scout in December 2024 and subsequently rose to the position of Head Scout under the guidance of Schmadtke.
