Brown has also equipped a massage unit in the vicinity of his bedroom. Acknowledging his decade-long tenure in the NBA, he noted that his body is no longer as resilient as it was in his youth. He emphasized the necessity of establishing effective recovery routines, as he cannot simply arise from bed and dive into training sessions.
